Visa assistance

Every travel document, in the right place.

Start with a preparation checklist for your passport, destination and reason for travel. When you are ready, we help assemble, review and track the application against the destination’s official rules.

What most applications ask for

Rules change. We verify every requirement against the destination’s official source before you apply. This list prepares you; it does not tell you whether you need a visa.

How assistance works

From first question to travel ready.

Six steps, each with a clear owner and a visible status. You always know where your application is, and who has it.

  1. Step 1

    Eligibility

We confirm what your passport needs for this purpose and route, whether a visa, an e-visa or an electronic authorisation, checked against the destination’s official source on the day.

  2. Step 2

    Checklist

A personal list for each traveller, with photo specifications, financial documents and anything specific to the reason for travel.

  3. Step 3

    Documents

Once you engage us, you upload through a secure link. We check that names, dates and passport numbers match across every document and booking.

  4. Step 4

    Review

A visa specialist reviews the complete file before submission and flags what commonly causes delays, such as mismatched dates or unexplained gaps.

  5. Step 5

    Track

Submitted, appointment booked, in process, decision. An application is shown as approved only when the issuing authority approves it.

  6. Step 6

    Travel ready

We check the issued visa against your passport and tickets, keep copies in your trip hub and remind you about arrival declarations.

Straight answers

What visa help can and cannot do.

Good assistance makes an application complete and calm. It cannot change who decides.

We can

  • Tell you what to prepare, based on official sources checked on the day
  • Check every document for completeness and consistency
  • Book appointments where the official system allows it
  • Track progress and remind you of deadlines
  • Align flights and stays with visa dates, using flexible bookings where sensible

We cannot

  • Guarantee approval or influence a decision
  • Speed up a government’s processing time
  • Advise on complex immigration matters such as previous refusals or overstays; a qualified immigration adviser should
  • Provide dummy tickets, invented bookings or documents that misrepresent your plans

Visa FAQ

Visas, without the guesswork.

Can you guarantee that my visa will be approved?

No one can. Visa decisions are made solely by the destination’s authorities. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and submitted on time, which avoids the most common paperwork reasons for delays and refusals.

How early should I apply for a visa?

As soon as your dates are reasonably firm. Electronic visas can take days, while consular visas with biometrics or interviews can take weeks, and longer in peak seasons. Under current Schengen rules you can apply up to six months before travel. Check the destination’s official processing guidance and allow a buffer.

Why does passport validity matter if my visa is still valid?

Many destinations require your passport to remain valid for a set period beyond your stay, commonly six months, and airlines check this at check-in. A valid visa in a passport that is close to expiry can still mean being refused boarding. Renew early if your passport is near the limit or short of blank pages.

Do I need a transit visa for a connecting flight?

It depends on your nationality, the transit country, the airport and whether you leave the international transit area. Some countries require an airport transit visa for certain nationalities even without passing immigration, and changing airports or re-checking bags on separate tickets usually means entering the country. Check before you book the connection; we flag it on your itinerary.

What fees will I pay for a visa application?

Usually up to three parts: the government or consular fee set by the destination, which is often non-refundable; any charge from the visa application centre that collects biometrics; and our service fee if you use our assistance. Each is shown separately before you pay.

How do you protect my passport and documents?

Documents are requested only after you engage us, through a secure upload link rather than email or public forms, and are used solely for your application. Access is limited to the specialist handling your file, and copies are deleted on the schedule set out in our privacy policy, or kept in your trip hub only if you choose.
