How suppliers appear on InfiniaTrips

Every bookable offer names the supplier that fulfils it: the operating airline, the hotel or property operator, the railway, the metro network, the bus or cab operator, the cruise line, the insurer or the activity provider. Where a fare is sold through a consolidator or distribution system, we show the operating supplier and keep the distribution source on record.

Whose rules apply

Fare rules, room conditions, cancellation and refund policies, baggage allowances, check-in requirements and service standards are set by the supplier. We present them in plain language, next to the price, before you pay. If a supplier changes its conditions, we show the new version and ask you to reconfirm before any money moves.

What InfiniaTrips is responsible for

• Showing accurate, current information from the supplier at the time of booking.
• Collecting payment securely and passing the booking to the supplier.
• Verifying the supplier’s confirmation before calling a booking confirmed.
• Helping you with changes, disruption and refunds, and escalating to the supplier on your behalf.

Partner badges and claims

We only display a partner name, logo or badge where a current written agreement allows it. We do not invent partnerships, endorsements, awards or ratings. Ratings, when shown, will always name their source.

Specialist services

For medical travel, InfiniaTrips arranges travel and logistics; clinical services are provided by the hospital or clinician you choose, under their own terms. For education journeys, programme content is delivered by the venues and educators named in your proposal. Travel insurance is underwritten by licensed insurers under their policy wording.
