No. ATLAS searches, compares and drafts. A flight or stay is booked only when you open checkout from its card, review the total and the fare or room conditions, and pay. Checkout asks the supplier for the price again first, and every flight card has Search again for fresh fares on the same route.

ATLAS says so plainly and shows the gap. It then suggests what would make the plan fit: fewer nights, a nearer departure city, a different season or a nearby destination. It never invents a fare or a room to make a number work.

Prices on flight and hotel cards, and in your plan, come from live searches with our suppliers, in the currency of the country you are browsing from. Checkout checks them again before you pay. The chat text around the cards is a summary, so rely on the cards for exact figures. For a rough whole-trip budget before the dates are fixed, ATLAS uses planning estimates and labels them as estimates.

ATLAS replies in the language you write in. It is built for the world's 12 most spoken languages: English, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Arabic, French, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian, Indonesian, Urdu and German. For now, the chat's buttons and labels are in English.

On medical pages, or when you ask about treatment, ATLAS switches to care mode. It helps you find hospitals by specialty, city and accreditation, understand typical costs, check visa steps and plan the journey and stay. It never diagnoses, judges whether a treatment suits you, or promises outcomes or recovery times. Medical decisions stay with the hospital's doctors, and a care coordinator can take the case from the chat. ATLAS is not an emergency service: if you describe an emergency, it tells you to call local emergency services first.

Your chat is kept for 180 days after your last message, then deleted. Authorised staff can open a chat to support you, handle a hand-off and check answers for accuracy and safety; the privacy notice says who can see it. If you switch on Help improve ATLAS, we may also use the chat to improve and train ATLAS, and it is kept for 2 years. Numbers that look like card numbers, and passport numbers written next to the word passport, are removed before a message is stored or sent for an answer, so please don't type them. Delete this chat removes the conversation whenever you like. The privacy notice explains how AI providers process your messages.

ATLAS is InfiniaTrips' own travel AI. It runs on licensed AI models, and we set everything around them: the travel knowledge it draws on, the supplier searches it uses for prices, and rules such as taking every card and plan price from a live supplier search.

Not at all. Every booking can be made the conventional way through search. ATLAS is there when describing the trip in your own words is faster than filling in forms.
