Can I search flights without creating an account?
Yes. Searching, comparing and building a trip draft never requires an account. You sign in only when you are ready to book, so traveller details and tickets can be kept safely in one place.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
The total shows the fare, taxes, supplier and convenience fees, baggage and any payment charges before you pay. Every offer is re-validated with the airline or consolidator before checkout. If the fare has changed, you see the new total and the difference, and you decide whether to continue.
What is Fare DNA?
Fare DNA is our plain-language summary of a fare’s rules: whether it is refundable, what a change costs, which bags and seats are included, and any restrictions. It sits next to the price so you never discover a material condition after paying.
How do multi-city searches work?
Choose Multi-city and add up to five legs. You can reorder or remove legs at any time. Before you book, we check that each flight leaves after the previous one lands and flag connections that are too tight or need a terminal change.
When is my flight actually confirmed?
Only when the airline has issued an e-ticket. Your trip hub shows payment received, supplier reservation, PNR located and e-ticket issued as separate steps. A payment authorisation alone is never shown as a ticket.
Do you guarantee the lowest price?
No, and we think anyone who does should be read carefully. We compare equivalent fares across contracted sources, nearby airports and flexible dates, and show one clear total so you can judge the value yourself.
