Travel alerts

Disruption news, in context.

An alert is only useful if it tells you what it changes for you. InfiniaTrips links every alert to the legs it affects, and points to the official source.

No platform-wide alerts right now

Last reviewed 26 October 2026. Alerts for individual bookings appear in your trip hub and by email once live booking launches.

Where alerts come from

  • Airline and airport notices

Schedule changes, terminal moves and weather disruption come from the operating carrier and the airport. Your trip hub shows them against the exact leg they affect.

  • Indian Railways status

Running status, platform changes, cancellations and diversions are taken from the railway source attached to your ticket. A waitlisted ticket is never shown as confirmed.

  • Government advisories

For safety, health and entry requirements, the destination government and your own government’s travel advisory are the authority. We link to them rather than paraphrase them.

  • Weather and natural events

Monsoon, snow closures and landslides on mountain routes such as the Char Dham roads can change plans at short notice. We flag the affected days and suggest buffers.

What we do when something changes

  1. Match it to your journey. A flight retime is checked against your onward train, transfer and hotel check-in.
  2. Show the options. Accept the change, pick an alternative where the supplier allows it, or ask a person to help.
  3. Never decide silently. We do not accept fare or schedule changes on your behalf without your consent, unless the supplier makes them mandatory, in which case we tell you immediately.
  4. Keep the record. Every change, decision and refund step is time-stamped in your trip hub.

Before you travel, always check the official advisory for your destination and the entry rules for your passport. For help with an existing booking, visit Support.
