How we build
Designed from the traveller’s side of the table.
InfiniaTrips is built where travel planning, design and engineering sit at the same table. Every screen starts from a traveller’s question, not from a supplier’s data model.
- Each flow is tested against real booking behaviour: what happens when a fare changes, a payment fails or a supplier goes quiet.
- Accessibility is designed in from the start, targeting WCAG 2.2 AA. Read our accessibility statement.
- Privacy is part of the architecture: tokenised payments, purpose-bound documents and data you can ask us to delete.
- Operations shape the product. When support sees the same problem twice, it becomes a design fix.

Where bookings become real
Approved connections to airlines, railways, hotels and operators. Prices are re-validated before you pay, each component is booked, and supplier confirmations are recorded.

Where money and problems are reconciled
Payment reconciliation, refunds, support cases and a secure store for tickets and vouchers, with people who can act when something goes wrong.

Trust is earned slowly and lost in one screen. These four refusals are written into how we design, price and publish.

Show a price we cannot honour
No invented “from” prices or fake strike-through discounts. Every bookable total is re-validated with the supplier before you pay.

Publish a review we did not earn
No invented ratings, testimonials or review counts. Until real, verified travellers review us, we show none.

Hide a fee
Taxes, supplier and convenience fees, bags and payment charges are itemised before you pay, not discovered after.

Claim a partnership that does not exist
No borrowed logos, “official partner” badges or negotiated-rate claims without a signed agreement behind them.

Is InfiniaTrips a travel agency or a booking platform?
Both, in the sense that matters to you. You can search and book yourself, and our team can arrange more complex journeys with you. Each service is provided by the airline, railway, hotel or operator named on your booking, under its conditions, which we show before you pay.
Who provides the flights, rooms and transfers booked through InfiniaTrips?
The supplier named on each booking: an airline, rail operator, hotel, transport company or tour operator, sometimes through an authorised distributor. Your trip hub records that supplier’s own confirmation for every component.
Why are there no customer reviews or star ratings on InfiniaTrips?
Because we will only publish reviews from real, verified travellers. Until we have them, we would rather show nothing than show something invented or borrowed from elsewhere.
What does destination-first mean at InfiniaTrips?
You can start with a place, or with a budget and a mood, instead of a flight search. We then work out the best way to get there door to door, comparing air, rail and road, and build the stay and transfers around it.
