Partners
Built to connect. Honest about it.
InfiniaTrips works with travel agents, hotels, operators, schools, hospitals, suppliers and affiliates. Here is what each partnership involves, what we verify, and how to apply.
Partner types
Seven ways to work together.
Every partnership is agreed individually. Choose a type to see what we look for, how it typically works and what we would ask you for.
Travel agents
Agencies and independent advisors who plan and sell journeys for their own clients.
- What we look for
- A registered business, a clear client base and service standards you are proud of.
- How it typically works
- Door-to-door itineraries and verified booking states your clients can rely on, with roles for client communication agreed up front.
- What we would ask for
- Business registration and GST details where applicable, the markets you serve and how you handle client payments.
Hotels & stays
Hotels, resorts, villas, homestays and heritage properties.
- What we look for
- Accurate room-level content, clear cancellation rules and access details that have been checked.
- How it typically works
- Rates and availability through an approved channel or a direct contract, with content reviewed before it goes live.
- What we would ask for
- Property registration, rate and cancellation policies, photographs you hold the rights to, and verified access information.
Operators
Tour, transfer and experience operators: guides, drivers, cruise and adventure teams.
- What we look for
- Licensed, insured operators with clear safety practices.
- How it typically works
- Experiences and transfers listed with real inclusions, timings and meeting points. A booking is shown as confirmed only after you confirm it.
- What we would ask for
- Licences and permits for your service, insurance, safety procedures and vehicle or guide credentials.
Schools & universities
Institutions planning educational and field trips for students.
- What we look for
- An authorised staff coordinator and a clear consent process.
- How it typically works
- Programmes planned with the institution. Student details and guardian consent are collected through authorised roles, never through open forms.
- What we would ask for
- Institution details, the authorised coordinator and the learning goals for the programme.
Hospitals
Hospitals with international patient services.
- What we look for
- An international patient desk and a secure channel for medical records.
- How it typically works
- We arrange flights, stays and transfers around the care you provide. We never handle medical records, rank clinical outcomes or give medical advice.
- What we would ask for
- International desk contacts, any accreditations you hold and the secure channel patients should use for records.
Suppliers
Airlines, rail, bus and ferry operators, consolidators, and distribution or technology providers.
- What we look for
- Stable, documented connectivity and fair, clearly stated conditions.
- How it typically works
- Integrations re-validate price and conditions before payment and report fulfilment back, so travellers see the true status of every booking.
- What we would ask for
- Your API documentation or connectivity route, commercial terms and the conditions you want shown to travellers.
Affiliates
Publishers, creators and communities who recommend travel to their audiences.
- What we look for
- Audiences who value honest, useful travel content.
- How it typically works
- Links and placements that are clearly disclosed as commercial, with no fabricated prices, discounts or claims.
- What we would ask for
- Your site or channels, a description of your audience and how you disclose partnerships.
Our principle
Only verified contractual claims.
A partnership appears on InfiniaTrips only when a signed agreement stands behind it. That protects travellers from false confidence, and it protects you from being associated with something you never agreed to.
What travellers will see
- The supplier named on every booking, with its real conditions.
- A partner badge only where a contract exists, worded as the relationship actually is, such as a direct contract or an authorised distributor.
- Commercial placements labelled as commercial.
What they will never see
- Logos used without written permission.
- “Official”, “preferred” or “exclusive” language we cannot evidence.
- Negotiated-rate or discount claims without a contract behind them, or invented partner counts.
Direct contract
Shown only when an agreement is on file, and removed when it ends.

An introductory conversation
We talk through fit, the markets you serve and what each side needs from the other.
Verification
We check the registrations, licences, insurance and standards that apply to your category.
A written agreement
Terms are written down and signed. Only then can anything about the partnership appear on the site.

Content, rates or integrations are set up and reviewed before anything reaches travellers.

Partners FAQ
Partnership questions, answered.
What does InfiniaTrips verify before a partner goes live?
The registrations, licences and insurance that apply to your category, plus the quality, safety and content standards travellers rely on. For a hotel that includes room-level content and access details; for an operator, permits and safety practices.
Will my logo appear on the InfiniaTrips website?
Only with a signed agreement and your written permission, and only describing the relationship as it actually is. We do not display partner logos, badges or “official partner” language on the strength of a conversation.
Can hospitals partner with InfiniaTrips for medical travel?
Yes, for the travel logistics around the care you provide: flights, stays, transfers and companion arrangements. We do not refer patients on clinical grounds, rank clinical outcomes or handle medical records. Those stay between the patient and your team.
How do schools work with InfiniaTrips on student trips?
Through an authorised coordinator at the institution. Student details and guardian consent are collected through authorised roles rather than open forms, and the programme is planned around the learning goals you set. Our education travel page explains more.
Can a travel agency book through InfiniaTrips for its own clients?
That is one of the partnerships we discuss. Apply with your agency details and the markets you serve, and we will talk through how bookings, payments and client communication would work before anything is agreed.
