The rules for using infiniatrips.com, ATLAS and our planning tools. Anything you book is also governed by our booking terms and by each supplier’s own conditions.
About these terms
These terms apply whenever you use infiniatrips.com, whether you are browsing, planning with ATLAS or booking. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. InfiniaTrips’ registered legal name and address will be stated here before launch.
Using the website
You may use the website to plan and book travel for yourself, for people who have asked you to, or for your organisation. Please do not:
- copy, scrape or access the website in bulk by automated means without our written permission;
- try to break or bypass its security, or interfere with how it works;
- make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings, or impersonate anyone;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you do not have the right to share.
To make a booking you must be 18 or over and able to enter into a binding contract. Bookings for children must be made by a parent, a lawful guardian or an authorised institution role.
Accounts and security
You do not need an account to browse or plan. If you create one, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. We will never ask for your password or a one-time code by phone, email or chat.
ATLAS and planning tools
ATLAS, the InfiniaTrips travel concierge, and our planners help you explore options. Their suggestions are not offers, and any figure labelled as an estimate is an indicative planning estimate. Flight and hotel prices that ATLAS shows come from live supplier searches. The offer is the live supplier price shown at checkout, confirmed when the supplier re-validates availability and price at booking, with the full total and conditions shown before you pay.
ATLAS can make mistakes. Check anything important, such as visa, document and health requirements, with the official source. You can always search and book without using ATLAS.
Guides and editorial content
Journal articles and destination guides are general information, carefully checked and dated, but they are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Rules, seasons and opening dates change, so confirm time-sensitive details before you travel.
Prices and display currency
You can choose a display currency. Converted amounts use indicative reference rates and are for guidance only. You pay in the currency shown at checkout, and your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
Bookings
Every booking is governed by our booking terms and by the conditions of the supplier providing each service. Cancellations and refunds follow the rules in our cancellations and refunds notice.
Intellectual property
The website’s content, design, photography, software, and the InfiniaTrips name and logo belong to InfiniaTrips or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The website links to official portals, supplier websites and other services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy notices apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for services that suppliers provide under their own conditions.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We may suspend or restrict access for anyone who misuses the website or breaches these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts with jurisdiction will be confirmed during legal review. If you live outside India, you may also have rights under the law where you live.
Complaints
Please tell us first at hello@infiniatrips.com or through support, and we will try to put things right. As the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require, the name and contact details of our grievance officer will be published here before launch.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and significant changes will be highlighted before they take effect.
