What is your note about?
Pick the closest match. Each one tells you what to include, so we can help on the first reply rather than the third.
Planning a trip
Where, when, who is travelling and roughly what you would like to spend. We shape the journey with you.
Planning a trip: include a date window, your departure city, the number of travellers (with ages for children) and any must-haves.
Contact FAQ
Before you write, a few answers.
What should I include when writing about an existing booking?
Your booking reference, the lead traveller’s name exactly as booked, the part of the trip you are asking about and what you would like to happen. Never include card numbers, passwords or one-time codes. We will never ask for them.
Does InfiniaTrips have a public phone number?
We are not publishing a phone line on this site yet. Write to us by email or through this form, and if a call would help, add your number and a good time to reach you.
Will writing to InfiniaTrips add me to a mailing list?
No. Contacting us does not subscribe you to anything. The monthly InfiniaTrips letter is separate and opt-in, from the footer of any page, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
How do I make a privacy request, such as deleting my data?
Choose “Something else”, say which right you want to exercise, and write from the email address linked to your account or bookings so we can verify it is you. Our privacy notice explains your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
