Privé is our private travel service. One advisor arranges jet charters, staffed villas, yachts, helicopter access and private guides around you, with discretion as the default and a single point of contact from the first call to your return.
What Privé arranges
The point is not more. It is fewer queues, fewer strangers and fewer compromises, arranged by someone who knows how you like to travel.
Light jets for a two-city day, long-range aircraft for families crossing continents, and repositioning legs explained honestly when they affect the price.
Staffed villas with chefs, housekeeping and drivers, where every bedroom, inclusion and deposit is confirmed in writing before you pay.
Mountain transfers, glacier landings and remote lodges, only where operated and permitted, with weather windows and permit realities explained first.
How Privé works
Privé is built around a single relationship. The person who hears your first idea is the person who confirms your last transfer.
Your advisor is backed by a briefed colleague and by human support with clear escalation, so nothing depends on one phone being switched on.
By phone, message or in person, at a time that suits you. We listen for what the journey is for before we talk about where.
One advisor takes ownership of the journey and stays with it to the end. You never re-explain yourself to a new person.
Two or three considered options, with every supplier, aircraft, villa or vessel named and every cancellation term in plain language.
Your advisor books each part and confirms it only when the operator or owner has confirmed in writing. Nothing is marked done on a promise.
Your advisor is reachable on the channels you agreed, and a briefed colleague covers when they cannot be, with clear escalation behind both.
A short debrief, if you want one. Preferences are remembered for next time only with your consent, and deleted when you ask.
Discretion
Privacy is not a feature we add for Privé. It is the way the service is run.
Suppliers, drivers and staff receive only what they need to deliver their part. Your itinerary is not circulated.
We do not publish who travels with us, ask for testimonials or reference your journey anywhere. There is no client list to show.
Passport and ID details are collected only for bookings that legally require them, held securely and deleted on request.
Booking names are kept off supplier-facing notes wherever regulations allow. Legally required identification is never avoided.
One advisor and one briefed colleague know your plans. Not a call centre, not a rotating desk.
Tell us how and when you want to be contacted, including through an assistant or family office, and we keep to it.

Privé covers travel that needs a person rather than a search: private jet and helicopter charters, staffed villas, crewed yachts, private guides, discreet arrivals and journeys with many moving parts. Your advisor sources, negotiates and coordinates each element, and you deal with one person throughout.
Your advisor. One person owns your journey from the first conversation to your return. A colleague is briefed on your plans so there is cover when your advisor is unavailable, and our support team provides human help with clear escalation behind both.
Information is shared on a need-to-know basis, documents are collected only when a booking legally requires them, and nothing about your journey is ever used in marketing. You can ask for your records to be deleted at any time, and we confirm when it is done.
There is no published minimum. Some services, such as jet or yacht charters, carry substantial costs by nature. If what you need would be better served by our standard booking, your advisor will say so in the first conversation.
We use operators that hold the permits their route requires, such as a non-scheduled operator permit from the DGCA for flights within India. Before you commit, the proposal names the operator, the aircraft type and its cabin layout, the crew arrangement and the cancellation terms.
An advance provisioning allowance is a sum paid on top of the charter fee on many crewed yacht charters, especially in the Mediterranean. It covers running costs such as fuel, food, drinks and berthing. The captain accounts for it against receipts, and any balance is returned at the end of the charter.
